Working With Your Mind Workshop
During the online workshop I offered myself to do the exercise that helps relieve pain. By the time I was feeling neck pain of 6 out of 10. The short exercise helped to reduce to 3. 1 hour later I was feeling no pain. Interestingly, and at the same time, my daughter of 16 years was also having neck pain. I immediately taught her the exercises and as soon as finished she said “it hurts less”. Amit, you rock by helping us so much with small exercises that anyone can easily do.
